We always advise our clients to have a sample to ensure the product is fit for the purpose & as desired by you. The majority of our samples are non-chargeable however more expensive items are charged for.

It is a general term referring to the makeup of the screens, dies, templates or jacquards used in the process of applying personalization details to a product. Origination or set-up charge is the one off cost for making screens/plates and set-up of machines to print your logo/text from artwork.

Generally, it would take10 /15 working days from the time of final artwork approval, must advise at the time of enquiry if customization required. Stock availability can effect lead time. For express delivery also please inform us at the time of enquiry.

At the time of enquiry please inform if product is urgent as delivery dates are subject to timing of production, stock availability, final artwork approval and customization.

Minimum order quantity is the print run at a cost effective price. For some products orders below minimum we can do but will incur additional costs.

You will need to supply us logo design with your artwork. This may be sent to us by e-mail as a vector-based image (saved as curves / outlines). This is usually produced in Adobe Illustrator. Full colour images can be supplied as a high resolution Photo Shop file at least 300 dpi and at the required print size or larger.

Suitable artwork is essential in order to supply your selected goods with a neat and clearly defined print. We can advise on the technical production of artwork or even produce it for you if you do not have any of the files listed above within stipulated time frame.

Email Artwork in a vectored JPG, CDR or PDF format with Pantone colors. For a small cost we can provide or amend artwork.

No problem, we can re-do or vectorize your logo at cost. Please ask for more information.

The designer who originally created your logo or the printers who print your company stationery will probably have the artwork.

Most corporate guidelines will have specific pantone colors that must be used on all printed materials. If not supplied by you, we find the closest possible pantone equivalent to the colors used in the submitted artwork. PC's vary in reproduction of colors so without a pantone reference it is impossible to match 100%.

You will be sent an artwork proof / visual, showing your artwork in place on the product as per your consent.
